The Washington, DC office of Perkins Coie LLP is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join its busy Environment and Natural Resources group. The position will focus on reviewing federal agency rules, preparing comments on proposed rules, and counseling clients on compliance with federal and state environmental regulatory requirements and federal approvals and permits. This position may include some litigation as well. Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: the National Environmental Policy Act, the Endangered Species Act, the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, Indian law, and public lands laws.
