Environmental Associate – San Francisco

Beveridge & Diamond, P.C is seeking a second- or third-year environmental associate to join our San Francisco office.  Candidates should have significant environmental law counseling experience, a demonstrated ability to perform complex regulatory analysis, a strong academic background, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.  Litigation experience is a plus but not essential.  The ideal candidate will have work experience on matters related to federal and state hazardous waste regulations, chemical regulations, product labeling, Proposition 65, or other environment-related, product-focused regulatory requirements.  Much of the successful candidate’s work will be with B&D’s growing firm-wide chemicals, product stewardship, and global supply chains practice.  Asian language proficiency is a plus.

We are a national law firm focused on environmental law and environmental litigation.  Our associates get substantive and front-line responsibility, working directly with the firm’s clients and technical consultants.
