Type of Experience: King & Spalding seeks a junior associate for its Tort and Environmental Practice Group in Houston. The group represents clients in product liability, toxic tort, and environmental arenas, handling mass tort class actions and managing complex discovery. Qualified candidates will have superior academic credentials and excellent writing, research, analytical, and communication skills. Qualified candidates will also have one to three years of litigation experience at a law firm, including preferably some courtroom experience. Consideration will be given to candidates who are currently completing a federal court clerkship.
